REALTOR® · Real Broker, Premiere Group
Strategic clarity for every move in the DMV.

I've been helping DMV families buy, sell, and invest since 2011. I got my start as an assistant to a mentor named Chuck Bailey — a guy who believed real relationships outlast any single transaction, and that clients deserve to actually understand what's happening, not just be told to sign here. That's stuck with me ever since.
Before real estate, I bounced around — film, hospitality, a handful of jobs that taught me how to actually take care of people instead of just managing them. When I found this work, it clicked. Real estate rewards the same thing: showing up, telling people the truth, and doing the work that earns trust instead of demanding it.
I know what it's like to be on the other side of a hard market, too. My own move-up story involved competing against roughly 43 offers during COVID and eventually pivoting to new construction to make it work. That's not a hypothetical for me — it's exactly why I push clients to think in terms of strategy, not just hope.
I'm also a family man with a toddler at home, which means I understand exactly what's at stake when a move isn't just about square footage — it's about the life you're building.
You're more ready than you think. I'll make sure you actually understand the process — not just survive it.
Sequencing your sale and your next purchase is the hard part. That's where I earn my keep.
Fix-and-flip, house hacking, portfolio building. I speak the numbers: ARV, cap rate, cash-on-cash.
Silver Spring, Bowie, and the broader DMV corridor — Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and DC. If you're weighing a move anywhere in this corridor, I probably already know the block you're looking at.
